Tour of Torfaen Half Marathon 2008

My sixteenth race of "40 at 40", Tour of Torfaen was a scenic course with a really fast downhill start! I started too fast, faded to a crawl, and flew around the track at Cwmbran stadium to scrape a PB of 1.25.06.
